TH 402 - Theology Internship

(3.00 cr.)

Semester-long internship in a context that allows for theological integration (examples include churches, faith-based social services, hospitals or hospice, parochial schools). Students are expected to work approximately 7-8 hours per week for a total of 120 hours with an additional 30 hours used for reading, writing, and meeting with their faculty supervisor. Students are supervised on site in addtion to meeting with a supervising faculty member. Students may earn no more than three credits from internships, total. Internships count as elective courses. Does not count towards the Theology major or minor.

Prerequisite: TH 201 .
