Reflecting on their program, students identify areas for ongoing professional development and collaboration, to develop a personal growth plan for their careers. The final assignment is a Declaration of Intent outlining their commitment to Montessori practice and how they intend to use their training and backgrounds to provide leadership to the greater Montessori collective, in service to the child.
