LT 330 - Roman Historians(3.00 cr.)
Prerequisite: LT 104 or equivalent. One of the major Roman historians will be read extensively, the others more briefly. Attention drawn to the literary style of each author and to the canons of Roman historical writing with special attention to the rhetorical traditions derived from the Hellenistic historiographers.
