EN 302 - Medieval Love(3.00 cr.)
Prerequisite: EN 101 , one EN 200-level core course. A survey of the major authors and works of the period, exclusive of Chaucer. Readings may include medieval drama, especially the English mystery plays; lyric love and religious poetry; romances; and major works such as Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, Pearl, and William Langland's Piers Ploughman.
