MA 437 - Combinatorics(3.00 cr.)
Prerequisite: MA 395 or written permission of the instructor. An introduction to combinatorial objects, calculations, and techniques of proof. Topics may include bijective counting, multisets and multinomial coefficients, partitions, sequences, generating functions, the inclusion-exclusion principle, distributions, and partially ordered sets.
