MA 103 - Fundamental Concepts of Math

Restriction to elementary education majors. Provides an inquiry-based examination of basic concepts, operations, and structures occurring in numbers, number sense, and algebraic reasoning. Students develop a deeper understanding of the numeric, arithmetic, and algebraic concepts required to teach elementary school mathematics. Does not fulfill mathematics and statistics core requirement. (Fall only)
