ET 662 - Leading Adult Learners

Focuses on developing the skills and knowledge needed to lead professional growth of colleagues in support of improved student learning. Students explore theoretical and practical approaches to leadership and adult learning theory with particular emphasis placed upon facilitating high-impact teaching practices in digital environments and best practices in learning design. The class is conducted fully online.
