ED 214 - Outdoor Orientation Leadership Immersion

Designed to prepare students as leaders by reaffirming their knowledge with technical skills, risk management, group management, and interpersonal skills, while fostering personal growth and confidence. Students engage in a series of classroom-based conversations, technical field training, and exercises to develop the competencies needed to lead in outdoor environments.
