ENV 495 - Environmental Studies Research(1-3.00 cr.)
To augment classroom learning, students engage in independent academic research on a topic related to the environment or sustainability under the supervision of a faculty member. Students meet regularly with the supervising faculty member to discuss their research progress and keep accurate records of their progress. Students work with their supervising faculty member to develop a paper or final product detailing their research results. Written or electronic permission of a sponsoring faculty member and program director. May be repeated for degree credit three times with different topics.
Restrictions: Restricted to environmental science and environmental studies majors or minors.
