GC 810 - The School Counselor as Leader(3.00 cr.)
A variety of leadership styles are discussed as they apply to the role of the school counselor. One focus is on understanding how the counseling program supports school improvement. Particular attention is given to understanding the change process and how the counselor can be a leader in the process.
