Prerequisite: GB 704 . Examines strategic approaches to implementing new technologies and applications in organizations using a systems approach. Process reengineering, process improvement, integrated planning, change management, and interaction with users are discussed. Students explore the challenges of developing systems that are effective, robust, and aligned with the organization.
