Restricted to Emerging Leaders MBA students. Develops a conceptual and practical understanding of the global context and conduct of business. The forces of globalization and its impact on the firm, the environment, the domestic economy, culture, and emerging markets are examined. The theory and practice of international trade, investment, financial flows, and technology and its impact on cross-border transactions and international business are addressed. Lectures, case studies, and group projects are included. (Spring only)
