Participants spend the first week of their program engaged in program orientation and team building activities. Teams are established and individual expertise is shared. Students learn concepts of accounting and statistics, as well as the conceptual understanding of the numerous facets of strategic management through role-playing, case studies, and simulations. Topics include team building, leadership, and communications.
