EL 699 - Opening Residency

Restricted to Emerging Leaders MBA students. Participants spend the first three days of their program engaged in an orientation; preliminary career planning and development activities; team-building activities; and an introduction to strategic management through case study and simulation. Students are introduced to the ELMBA program's central question: How do competent, credible, confident emerging leaders contribute to sustainable value creation for all stakeholders?
