Introduces artificial intelligence (AI), including generative AI, for business uses. The course focuses on creating an understanding of AI while providing hands-on experience with available AI packages. Students reviews how AI delivers value to customers and enhances productivity. Strategies for implementing AI and the risks and opportunities associated with it are discussed. The course is designed to provide managers a better understanding of the business value of AI and includes an applied project for the workplace.
