Requirements for the Minor
Six Three-Credit Courses are Required:

Notes:
- Prerequisites for EG 301 , EG 331 , and EG 351 include General Physics I (PH 201 ), General Physics Lab I (PH 291 ), General Physics II (PH 202 ), General Physics Lab II (PH 292 ), Calculus I (MA 251 ), and Calculus II (MA 252 ).
- Any college-level statistics course may be substituted for the EG 381 prerequisite for EG 441 , provided Calculus II (MA 252 ) has been completed.
- A three-credit research or internship experience in an engineering discipline or another engineering course may be substituted for EG 101 (as approved by the department chair).
- Laboratory corequisites are waived for EG 331 , EG 351 , EG 420 , EG 432 , and EG 471 .
