Requirements for the finance major and typical program of courses are listed below. Students majoring in finance must take the business foundation courses in addition to the major requirements listed below. This is only one example of a path to graduation; for alternative finance paths, please speak with your academic advisor.

- FI 121 does not fulfill course requirements for the finance major.
- To be eligible to take FI 330 , you must take AC 201 freshman year, spring term and FI 320 sophomore year, fall term.

* FI 330 counts as a Finance elective and is available only to sophomores. To be eligible to take FI 330 students must take AC 201 in the freshman year, and FI 320 in the fall of the sophomore year.
**Candidates for the degree may substitute Introduction to Statistics (ST 210 ) for EC 220 . Note that both EC 220 and ST 210 count towards the third Math/Natural Science requirement in the Loyola Core.
