A wide range of legal topics are covered, including sources of law; legal process and dispute resolution; agency; corporations; corporate governance; securities law; business torts; product liability; equal employment opportunity; and the global implications for each of these areas of law. Intellectual property, environmental protection, and antitrust law may also be covered.
