AC 702 - Advanced Financial Accounting

Restricted to M.Acc. students. Building on their study of intermediate and advanced accounting, students gain a deeper understanding of several essential and challenging financial reporting topics. These topics are studied from technical and theoretical perspectives. Students have opportunities to analyze cases using the FASB codification database and IFRS to identify authoritative guidance related to topics covered in this course and/or other accounting courses. Closed to students who have taken the course as a topic under GB 763. (Summer only)
