The course blends policy, risk, and regulatory perspectives with practical exposure to identity and privacy controls. Free and widely used platforms such as Azure Active Directory (free tier), Okta Developer Edition, and open-source identity tools like Keycloak are used selectively to demonstrate authentication, access control, and governance concepts, while privacy topics are explored through real regulatory scenarios, assessments, and applied case analysis.
