FI 335  -  Real Estate Law and Regulation

(3.00 cr.)

Examines the fundamentals of real estate finance and development from both legal and managerial perspectives, with a focus on residential and commercial transactions. Topics include land acquisition, deeds, tax consequences, property titling, zoning and restrictive covenants, environmental compliance, sustainability, foreclosure, disposition of property, and recent legal developments. Same course as REE 335 .
