Construction Management and Real Estate Development, Construction Engineering Concentration, BS

Students pursuing the Construction Management and Real Estate Development, Construction Engineering concentration take a series of courses offered by both the Department of Engineering and the Sellinger School of Business and Management.  Given the number of courses required for this degree, students should consult with their advisor to ensure they are on track to graduate in a four-year timeframe and maintain their progress towards their career goals.

Notes:


  1. Students are strongly encouraged to take EC 220  or ST 210  to fulfill the Math/Natural Science Core requirement.

  2. Students are strongly encouraged to take SA 227  to fullfill the Fine Arts Core requirement.

  3. During the spring semester of the first year, students are encouraged to take MA 252  and a programming course (CS 151  or EG 140 ) as electives.
