CL 225 - Biographical Tales of the Bible(3.00 cr.)
Prerequisite: TH 201 . Explores stories of various individuals from the Old and New Testaments (Abraham, Joseph, Moses, David, Ruth, Esther, Jesus, etc.); analyses structure, rhetorical features, and theological perspectives of the narratives; and inquires how the portrayal of these characters illuminate the shape of God's initiative in human history and the varieties of response.
