PY 621 - Principles and Practices in Psychotherapy with Lab

Focuses on the effective use of counseling techniques and strategies, employing both didactic and experiential learning approaches. Familiarizes students with basic helping skills, specific models of intervention, treatment planning, and establishment and maintenance of the therapeutic relationship. A lab fee is charged.
