MK 440 - Selling Concepts and Strategies(3.00 cr.)
Selling is a fundamental part of not only business, but everyday life. We are called upon to sell all the time – whether it is an idea, product, service, or point of view. This course is designed to teach students about selling and how to sell effectively from a needs-based, customer-oriented perspective. Students acquire the interpersonal and persuasive communication skills needed to develop and manage business relationships, engage in prospecting and sales planning, and close sales.
Prerequisite: MK 240 or BH 240 , and 60 credits. Sessions Typically Offered: Fall/Spring Years Typically Offered: Annually
