BL 303 - Natural and Cultural History of Burren

Explores the natural history of the Burren, and how it intersects with the human story in the area. Students are expected to do short readings, view videos, and attend field trips and events such as a visit with Farmer/Poet Patrick McCormack, and the Irish folklorist Eddie Lenihan, with a chance to analyze these in writing, through the lens of ecology. Offered in Ireland only.
