MG 414 - Managerial and Communication Skills

Provides an opportunity for students to improve many key managerial and leadership skills. In particular it provides an opportunity for students to learn about their strengths and weaknesses with many of the traits and skills required of an effective manager and leader. These skills focus on the interpersonal competence required to work effectively with individuals and within teams. The learning method is experiential with a focus on self-assessments, exercises and simulations, and written assignments.

Prerequisite: MG 201 or BH 201 , 60 credits.
