ML 115 - Introduction to Chinese Literature in Translation(3.00 cr.)
Introduces students to the rich history of Chinese literature and literary culture. Literary works in various genres and registers are analyzed in their broader sociocultural contexts along with an examination of their connections with human experiences and world communities. Text selections (pre-modern or modern Chinese literature) may vary by semester. All readings are provided in English translation. Fulfills the EN 101 Core requirement.
