HS 200 - Perspectives on Global History(3.00 cr.)
Examines the major developments in world history from about 1450 to the present, including the emergence of global trading systems, mass migrations, epidemics, industrialization, colonialism, decolonization, nationalism, and world wars that have caused the cultures, politics, economies, and ecosystems of Asia, Africa, Europe, Oceania, and the Americas to become interconnected and interdependent.
Prerequisite: HS 100 . Restrictions: Open to students with catalogue year 2022-2023 or beyond.
