LW 412 - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Work

Studies meritocracy, the American Deam, and the limits bias and discrimination place on both. What companies and organizations do in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is highlighted. Students have the opportunity to pursue their individual interests in race, gender, class, disability, and more. The course is ideal preparation for future work in sustainability management or DEI because diversity, equity, and inclusion fall under the "S" of environmental social governance (ESG).
