Explores politics through literature and film. Authors and filmmakers can provide deep insights about power, politics, and other topics including class, status, and nationalism. Particular attention is given to the Global South, especially Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Asia. As such, issues of colonialism, inequality and underdevelopment are featured prominently.
