AD 601 - Self as Leader: Coaching, Systems, and Self-Exploration II(1.00 cr.)
Explores coaching philosophies, strategies, and techniques used for coaching others. Considerable time is spent engaged in one-to-one sessions with a coach exploring personal values, goals, and aspirations. Students are guided to identify their supports, opportunities, obstacles, beliefs, and assumptions within their personal and external systems that contribute to (or hinder) their ability to progress in their interests and goals. Students practice reflecting on their own growth and progress beyond the class setting. Pass/Fail.
