The Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership is for educators who wish to become leaders at the school (principal, assistance principal) and/or district level (supervisor, director). The program of study focuses on both the theory and application of school leadership in the twenty-first century. This program includes a six-credit internship, through which students have the opportunity to apply their coursework and further develop their leadership abilities in a real-life education setting.

Upon successful completion of the program and 27 months of successful teaching, students are eligible for certification as Administrator I (Assistant in Administration, Supervisor in Central Administrations, and Supervisor of Instruction).
