BH 198 - Sellinger Scholar Junior Seminar(1.00 cr.)
Leadership is not just about managing resources but inspiring change and fostering an inclusive, innovative environment. This course is designed to immerse Junior Scholars in the multifaceted world of leadership. Students are offered a unique opportunity to engage directly with seasoned corporate leaders, gaining insights into diverse leadership styles and the qualities that define effective, ethical leaders in today's globalized world. The course explores critical, current areas of interest including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ), among others. With an emphasis on practical learning and personal growth, the course provides options for self-study or collaborative group settings to earn certificates or badges, signifying proficiency in these cutting-edge topics. May be repeated three times for degree credit.
Prerequisite (may be taken concurrently): BH 197 or BH 200 . Restrictions: Restricted to junior Sellinger Scholars.
