FO 377 - Death Investigation

An introduction to the basic procedures and practices used in death investigation including documentation of the body, injury, scenes, photography, and determining possible methods for cause and manner of death. Legal and ethical requirements associated with working side by side with detectives and crime scene investigators are also examined. Some field trips may be required.

Prerequisite: BL 101 or FO 101 .
