REE 455 - Real Estate Capstone(3.00 cr.)
Examines the practical application of real estate and finance concepts to real estate investment decision making. Students complete a semester-long capstone project with a real estate firm that provides the opportunity to research, analyze, and establish a business plan that is presented and defended.
Prerequisite: REE 225 or FI 225 ; REE 325 or FI 325 ; REE 335 or FI 335 .
