The Forensic Pattern Analysis program offers an accelerated bachelor's to MS program for current undergraduate students. Students can begin their application as early as the summer before their junior year through October of their senior year. The accelerated program is a great option for Loyola undergraduates to complete both an undergraduate and master's degree with a reduced number of courses, and total tuition costs.

To apply for the accelerated program, a student is expected to have successfully completed a college-level introductory science course (with a grade of 'C' or better) prior to acceptance into the program. Students without an appropriate science background may satisfy the pre-requisite by taking FO 101 . Once accepted into the program, up to three graduate courses (9 credits maximum) may be taken that apply towards both the undergraduate and graduate programs. Students must complete FO 530, WR 624, or WR 625 in the first semester of the accelerated curriculum and obtain a grade of 'B' or higher in the course to remain eligible for the program. If a student has previously taken one of the undergraduate versions of the required program courses, the course must be repeated at the graduate level. Accelerated coursework may be started in either fall or spring term, but not before spring of junior year. 

Students interested in applying to the bachelor's to MS program may do so by going to the Graduate Admission webpage and completing the online application. The admission requirements also include two letters of recommendation (both of which must be from Loyola faculty members), and an essay. Official transcripts are automatically requested, and the $60 application fee is waived for all current students.
